Lisa Burke is a New York native born with a zeal for fashion.

After a focus on the arts in school, Lisa traveled to Philadelphia where she received her degree in fashion and costume design attending both Moore College Of Art And Design & Temple University.

She pursued a career in New York City as a costume patternmaker as well as doing design work for various theatrical projects on and off Broadway.

Exhilarated by her thriving work, she wanted to go further in her career. She ambitiously moved to Los Angeles to attend graduate school and received her masters in Costume Design, Technology and Management at the California Institute of The Arts.

Making Los Angeles her home, Lisa followed her education with landing a fulfilling position working with the L.A. Opera creating period costumes. This opportunity led her into the film industry where she expanded her design and pattern making skills in costuming both on and off set.

Today Lisa continues nurturing her natural zeal for fashion combined with her robust skill set. In a corporate, contemporary fashion company setting, Lisa's pattern making and technical designing capabilities sustain projects from 1st stage through production.

In addition to her active corporate career, Lisa built her own small business combining her love of music with her love of fashion design.  Her business, Rock Angel Creations, features rock & roll inspired designs of clothing and accessories.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys live music, the arts and advocating for animal rescues and shares her Hollywood home with her 2 cats.
